Create and deploy an agent on Juno — runtime, skill, mandate, one bounded ship with evidence.

Goal: in one sitting, go from zero to an agent that can read/write juno-1 and has a path to a public mandate.

Completing this course does not entitle anyone to treasury funds. Payment happens only when an existing venue accepts and executes a proposal or bounty.
